Difficult person. Wants time but asks alot of the same questions repeatedly (3x or more) before finally giving billing info. Then when you get billing information and try to call him back you can’t get through. Because he is too busy trying to call you while your calling him back for a call. Then when you tell him your trying to call him. To please hang up. The moment you hang up he is back at calling you before you can call him back. (keep in mind we are a call back service.) Then after several minutes of this he tells you he doesn’t need your service because he already came without you. And then he makes a big deal out of you deleting all his information. Doesn’t even want there to be a trace he ever made the call or made the charge (which is impossible) . He wants you to scrub him from your records, notes, systems all of it. (which is impossible as you can’t scrub him from your phone records. And there is a record he placed the call and that he will get a refund. So just very odd behavior. A lot of frustration and wasted time. Only to result in a refund. Ladies I would block this one.

I also want to note in the beginning before giving payment and after giving payment he asked alot of questions. What kind of voice does PSO have. Is she really good at XYZ. He kept apologizing for his voice sounding off. Breathing heavy. There is a huge possibility he was wanking to the dispatcher. Knowing this would result in a refund.

The other possibility is he is just very impatient with unrealistic expectations. I have no idea. But he was alot of stress and drama and wasted time just for it to all end up in refund land.

Wastes 30 minutes of our time in the process. If you choose to service this client test his line first to see if you can call from a blocked number before running the charge. If you can’t explain to him that he needs to purchase a full priced call or full priced with connection fee (whatever/however you conduct your calls for that scenario) Otherwise you will just go back and forth with him for 30 minutes as he cries about how he has no idea how to make changes in his iphone. Which is alot of hassle if your very busy with other people calling in. The entire debacle ended with a refund request. He did offer a solution. He thought maybe we could direct connect him no extra cost on a heavily discounted call special. Or if the girl calls him back she could just unblock her number. which we all know is not secure. Just want to save someone else the grief of wasted time.

he is all for the dirty chat tries to flirt you up and keep you on as long as possible without paying and hangs up when you insist upon play to play.

this dude is a manipulative time waster. And he loves to call when your not there or on the phone with someone else. Seems to be his favorite time to call. And he will call every PSO in your company pulling this same behavior. I would suggest pre-emptively blocking
