Difficult person. Wants time but asks alot of the same questions repeatedly (3x or more) before finally giving billing info. Then when you get billing information and try to call him back you can’t get through. Because he is too busy trying to call you while your calling him back for a call. Then when you tell him your trying to call him. To please hang up. The moment you hang up he is back at calling you before you can call him back. (keep in mind we are a call back service.) Then after several minutes of this he tells you he doesn’t need your service because he already came without you. And then he makes a big deal out of you deleting all his information. Doesn’t even want there to be a trace he ever made the call or made the charge (which is impossible) . He wants you to scrub him from your records, notes, systems all of it. (which is impossible as you can’t scrub him from your phone records. And there is a record he placed the call and that he will get a refund. So just very odd behavior. A lot of frustration and wasted time. Only to result in a refund. Ladies I would block this one.
I also want to note in the beginning before giving payment and after giving payment he asked alot of questions. What kind of voice does PSO have. Is she really good at XYZ. He kept apologizing for his voice sounding off. Breathing heavy. There is a huge possibility he was wanking to the dispatcher. Knowing this would result in a refund.
The other possibility is he is just very impatient with unrealistic expectations. I have no idea. But he was alot of stress and drama and wasted time just for it to all end up in refund land.
