Wants a direct connection situation But doesn’t want to pay a connection fee or even full price. Orders a heavily discounted call, But refuses to take his call block off. Wastes 30 minutes of our time in the process. If you choose to service this client test his line first to see if you can call from a blocked number before running the charge. If you can’t explain to him that he needs to purchase a full priced call or full priced with connection fee (whatever/however you conduct your calls for that scenario) Otherwise you will just go back and forth with him for 30 minutes as he cries about how he has no idea how to make changes in his iphone. Which is alot of hassle if your very busy with other people calling in. The entire debacle ended with a refund request. He did offer a solution. He thought maybe we could direct connect him no extra cost on a heavily discounted call special. Or if the girl calls him back she could just unblock her number. which we all know is not secure. Just want to save someone else the grief of wasted time.

Is polite and kind and hearing works just fine for the dispatcher.
Gets the PSO on the phone and puts you on speaker in an area of the home where painful high pitched back feed can be heard in the phone. All of a sudden he has a hearing problem. Wants PSO to scream into the phone. Claims he can’t hear you unless you scream for him over speaker. No matter how loud you are its not enough. PSO talked as loud as she could without hurting her throat and catching a complaint where she lives (apartment). Told him we can’t yell any louder. Can’t hear or understand him high pitched noises. Asked nicely to take off speaker. He refused. Getting nasty demanding you scream for him into a phone on speaker because he allegedly can’t hear (But he could hear the dispatcher just fine off speaker and didn’t have a hearing problem) keep in mind I was playing the part of both dispatcher and pso so I know this is correct (he doesn’t know because different voices) Tried to lie to dispatcher and say PSO was nasty with him which again I know thats a lie because I was both the dispatcher and the PSO. So requested a refund in his behalf. Mind you he wanted to do this on a lie that charges a buck a minute. It would have been nice if he would have given a heads up that he wanted someone to scream for him on speaker. Then I could have declined that call versus wasting my time away from other callers. But of course he didn’t give me that heads up. And of course he lied when he didn’t get his way. Heads up ladies…this guy is a pain in the A$$.
