“Client starts out easy/good…then begins getting emotionally abusive and possessive controlling and demanding refunds on all or half the call performed as well as a half off or free future calls” Complains about service received but yet continues to request more services only to complain about it and ask for more full/partial refunds as well as discounted or free calls. Then if Service is denied complains about that as well?” Hard to please client.Any attempt to try to please him only leads to more complaints and requests for more refunds after the call is performed, as well as free/half price future calls. claims the service is sub par but then continues to beg for more service because client still wants access to pso because client claims to enjoy the service of pso that client complains about. All of this new behavior began after a death in the family & money getting tighter for client. client began taking out his emotional difficulties and financial difficulties on the pso(me). scamming to get partial or full refunds by fake complaining and being over critical to prompt pso to continue to give refunds/discounts. then when pso wants to stop providing service client begs pso not to withhold service because he is lonely and can’t sleep only to take advantage of pso’s good nature until pso gives full refund for previous call to prevent chargeback and refuses to give continued service moving forward due to all the complaining and requests for refunds and discounts that are undeserved.“
