buys time online but refuses to verify info like name/email used to purchase and $ amount – he says  you don’t need that info. Very verbally abusive talks over pso’s  and nasty. Then his voice cracks so you request his age/date of birth to verify age because he is suspected underage due to immature behavior and voice cracking and defensiveness. which he also refuses to give  and he becomes more nasty defense verbally abusive and hostile. So seeing this as a redflag our pso told him a refund would be requested in his  behalf. caller then again becomes even more abusive yelling nasty talking over pso. pso can’t even tell him when and how he will get his refund because he is nasty yelling talking over her and hangs up in her face. pso tries to call him back to give him refund information caller refuses to pick up. so pso emails caller at email he used to make payment informing him refund will be recieved on method of payment recieved within 7-10 buisness days call billing /his bank if he has any questions.

So then callers next step is to attempt to call and email our other pso’s with verbal abuse. we blocked him from our lines/emails did not respond to him due to fear of him being underage/and being abusive and nasty. because we don’t service minors. refusing to verify payment info=redflag, refusing to verify age=redflag and becoming defensive nasty verbally abusive because you were asked = redflag. then when you are told you will be denied service and a refund requested resulting in a barriage verbal abusive=redflag. plus legal threats=redflag.

he recieved his refund, end of story. but he feels he is entitled to continue to verbally abuse pso’s, making demands owner contact him and threatening to sue?

after being ignored for a few days and blocked from phone lines  this caller targets the youngest pso on our site (18) and proceeds to demand the owner reach out to him while threatening legal action. claiming his consumer rights were violated (um no) because he was asked to verify online payment info/age. and because he was given a refund for refusing to do that, sounding young due to voice cracking (which could have been due to him yelling at us) and becoming hostile. he feels since he didn’t get his way and not given the attention he feels he deserves while taking his threats and verbal abusive that he has the right to sue. of course no lawsuit has been filed its just him talking alot making threats and making a home in our spam box.

would suggest blocking…

his phone number, and emails. he will also try to hit you up in any chats connected to your email/social media. would suggest refunding any online payments he makes. would suggest not corresponding with him but forwarding all his emails you receive from him to your billing processor/or manager as well as keeping for your records. he could be underage. he is definitely abusive. his defensiveness doesn’t make any sense. could be attempted fraud. his behavior is just way out there. seems entitled and mentally imbalanced. might very well lead to a charge back due to the pattern of behavior.
