Tried to stall with questions when I was trying to move ahead to payment. Finally I offered that he could email me his questions and I can answer until he’s ready to pay as being on the phone with him made it impossible for me to work with guys who are ready to pay. He said I’m ready to pay. I said what’s your cc number. He fumbled for the card. I heard another man’s voice. Gave me cc number. I made him read it back and I had it right. Got through the other info. Came back as an invalid cc number. I blocked him.

He didn’t offer a name. He told me that his Visa debit card had reached it’s limit for the day and he would not be able to withdraw any money for another 2.5 hours. He told me he just couldn’t wait that long. He tried to talk me into using Western Union, telling me I would get a higher cut because I wouldn’t have to share my earnings, asked me to take some kind of online money gram service, begged me for any option other than paying online with a credit card. I assured him that none of those were options and he had to pay online with his credit card or visa/debit card. Be cautious of anyone wanting to pay you for calls using other methods than a credit card.

He told me his name was Brent Allen. The call display says Brent Goodwin. His credit card was declined. Big surprise! Just thought you’d like to add in his name (or names) just in case he tries this crap again.
