Wanker since 2016 finally blocked him. He calls everyone at your company. Totally wastes their time. Asks a billion  questions while quietly wanking in the background. Always seems to “just miss you” when you call. calling, listening to your entire voice male message before hanging up. Lately we have been catching him. He basically edges to the voice mail/and or live person as he listens to their voice mail, or asks a live person questions. This person is never going to spend a dime. He is only going to call your voice mail when your out and/or call you and all your pso’s to ask questions waste time burning up your 800# as he quietly wanks and breathes heavy in the background.

Richard Nita (909) 319-4643 Time Waster Wanker. Likes to waste your time. Has been calling for years but only spent $10 in 10 years. Basically he wastes your time. Tries to keep you on the phone as long as possible. Wanting to purchases things you don’t sell. When you say you don’t provide that he pushes you to do it anyway. Also asks about your boundaries. If you say you don’t discuss XYZ etc he pushes can you do it anyway. Crosses boundaries, Wastes time, Doesn’t listen, Gets emo. Pressures you heavily for things you don’t provide, you don’t talk about and you don’t want to do.

“Disrespectful harassing wanker verbally abusing screaming and threatening pso’s.
Demanding  free service” Threatening to  harm  our ability to make money if we don’t provide free service. Stating he will call repeatedly and harass our lines so we can’t get other calls if we do not provide free service. He stated with his full chest he is disabled has no money no cards. But feels we owe him free service. Because per him ” It doesn’t take much time or effort to talk dirty for a few minutes. So why can’t we give him free service on a compassionate basis.” Also stated we are nasty selfish gold diggers because all we want is money for our services. I would suggest you pre-emptively block this one.  He sounds aggressive and nuts. And he will call rapid fire. Every line to every pso your company has. Until he gets his way. Of course with us he did not get his way. We simply blocked him. I am warning the rest of you, to prevent future issues to do the same.

For several months he has called all our PSO’s and harassed them.  Today however he took it a step further and tried to use the card of a relative.
When he is wanking/time wasting: he will call ever 800# at your company/service and waste time. trying to flirt up the pso’s /dispatchers as he wanks.
When he is trying to purchase time (which is a new habit) he tries to use someone elses card.
Before he tried to use someone elses card he tried to get a special that must be used all in one shot. then he asked what happens if i get disconnected. Can he use the rest in another day or over a few days. (which defeats the purpose of using a reduced cost special in one shot) we told him we try to call him back 3x and if that doesn’t work we give him an hour to call us back before we try again 3 more times. if there is no contact time is considered forfeit. To which affect he was unhappy. Then when i got card info he gave me his name. but said it was not his card. I asked him for name of person on card and he refused to tell me. and another thing he mentioned was “well if I am unhappy I can always charge back”. Followed by ” are you gonna be really nice to me.”
Ladies this guy is gonna charge back, use other peoples cards whom will charge back. and just waste your time in general. I would recommend blocking him and all his numbers as a pre-emptive measure. Not just from over the phone purchases but over email as well. If anyone has any additional information on him please submit so we can update the file. Thankyou
