Calling the same pso’s asking the same questions over and over since 2021.

Never does a paying call just tries to keep you on the phone until you excuse yourself or hang up while he is breathing heavy.

When you answer his questions he wants to know more about the pso/her appearance what she is into. when you press him for payment he just wants to ask more questions and you end up hanging up on him as he is begging you not to go.

I think he is wanking while we carry a normal convo with him so he doesn’t have to pay.

same behavior with same pso’s never changes never pays same result  will never spend $

Calls asks for 30 mins, declines doesn’t pick up the phone when you call him to verify info or inquire why. Has done this multiple times both on my service, and on a service I watch lines for after hours. Today I blocked him from both services. This is a repeated behavior.

He calls requests a large block of time, gives you info while edging himself and breathing heavy. Then the card declines and he doesn’t pick up. I think he is using the information taking process to edge himself to pso’s voice for free.

I recommend blocking this one.

2/17/2023 update – He has done several charge backs

2/18/2023 – his comment when called and asked why he did the charge back his response was “I didn’t mean to make the calls”

Joseph Waits aka Joseph Watts 318-791-3365 Harrassing Wanker Very cheap

Has been calling my service on and off since 2016.  90% of the time he just jerks off in your ear.  He understands the 20 min for $20 is one per gentlemen per girl but he tries to get forever buck a minute or cheaper phone sex. He has also demanded 50 cent phone sex. He will lie each time and say he is a brand new customer. When you catch him in that lie he will get mad and either cuss you out or get nasty & decline a full price call.

in 6 years Mr. Joseph has only bought a total of 4 calls with my service.  2 short full price calls and 2 Dollar min deals. The rest of time he tries to haggle for his own price (free-50 cents a minute or $2 face time/cam and I don’t provide cam) or jerks off in your ear when you try to get his info. He will also try to call your lines back to back rapid fire to harrass your pso lines. Typically on a busy Friday or weekend night.

he is blocked from all but 1 of my 14 pso lines. He is on a last strike with my service. He has not done a paying call since 2020.

Called my service and bugged multiple PSO’s as well as service  I was watching the lines for after hours.

Evan calls, asks for 30 mins gives you the info. it declines. You call him back to verify information. He either tries to keep you on the phone as long as possible while jerking off when you call him back . Or he hangs up in your face. He also calls you rapid fire when your trying to run his information.

Then he proceeds to call the next pso . Repeating this behavior over and over.

Then he waits a few minutes and starts calling all the pso lines he just called and declined with  rapid fire over and over to just jerk off in your ear and harrass you.

He successfully jammed our lines until we blocked him.

Evan has zero intention on buying time, he simply wants to waste your time for free while keeping you from making money.

I would suggest Any pso/cam girl  reading this block his number Before he jams your lines like he did ours today.

It is my belief he tries to rush the girls while processing so we either do a call with him for free, or he simply gets off on being a pest. Either way bad behavior save your self the grief.
