Refuses to verify card info and hangs up in my face when card declines
Watch out . this one may be hoping we make a mistake or front him a call to charge after because we are busy so he can score a freebie.

He calls from various las vegas hotels so the number changes, always a
702 area code.

This guy calls periodically every year to binge for a few days. This last binge of 2,000 was charged back and we haven’t been able to get a hold of him.

This customer has been calling for many many years. I never thought I would get a charge back from him. We received a 1,000 charge back from him last week and we contacted him. He gave us an excuse that his wife is an alcoholic and ran off with all their money so he had to charge back in order to provide for his kids and that he would pay us back when he got is taxes. I’ll update you if we actually get paid back.

He calls, always ask for 60 minutes.
He is sent to the lady of choice – always does 30 minutes and then says someone has walked in and hangs up.

He then will call back – asking to finish his other 30 minutes with the lady (usually calls 2-4 hrs later to finish).

Then 4-6 hrs later, he will call the hostess / owner – cussing u out, that he will sue you – (Blank, blank, blanks), and get the county atty. and his lawyer and others involved. Then does a charge back the next day.
