Over the last year however he has been calling every single pso at my company and keeping her on the line for at least 5-10 minutes with questions while jerking off and then does not purchase a call. over a years time I figured out he cost my company $260 in 800# costs by doing this.

Apparently Michael has learned that by calling all the pso’s on a website and asking the same questions over and over he can get his kicks for free with no regard for the pso’s 800 costs or the fact she is missing calls. If you mention you have had this conversation before he promptly hangs up only to repeat the process again and again.
