Kept giving me a prepaid card. first few times didn’t go thru declined he claimed just activiated. Then same card when he called back hours later said invalid he admitted to using it.

Tried using a completely spent prepaid card knowing no money left. then proceeded to breath heavy and talk dirty when prompted for different payment.

It appears Orlando is trying to use bad/spent prepaid cards. Pso Beware.
