William and John Barnes -450-910-9357 and 204-339-9086 – Wanker

This guy has called twice using different names (William something and then John Barnes), using different credit cards which are probably stolen. He has called from several phone numbers as well: 450-910-9357 and 204-339-9086. I recognized his voice when he called different lines.
