Richard Howard is a belligerent caller who will call you for phone sex but then demand you provide cam  or other services for the same price instead. He expects it at the same price he paid for phone.

He also pressures heavily to meet . When you refuse he gets belligerent. Will call you drunk and belligerent.  He will call you from skype numbers and every single phone he possesses over and over until you block him. Will get nasty because he feels he is not getting his money’s worth.

Now he is back with a new number. Beware! His first call will be nice. After that first call he will harass you, become belligerent. demanding and Drunk call you. Demand your cell, demand you meet and demand cam. He feels the pso owes him everything. I blocked him before and put him in this list…now he is back ladies. He is from the washington area.  He will also call you  just to talk ask a ton of  questions with no intention of paying.
